Easy Humus in the blender


Easy Humus
1 can chick peas, drained
1 Tablespoon tahini (optional)
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro or fresh
2 garlic cloves (or more if you like)

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with crackers or vegetables. 

I made this for our home group last night, and everyone loved it! It's so easy, yummy, and healthy! Make it for lunch, or as an appetizer. Enjoy!
